Global worming

As per a report by European Commission's Joint Research Centre, global temperature will rise by 3° Celsius by 2030 despite efforts to limit temperature change to below 2° Celsius. This is in accordance with submissions made by 155 countries of their intended climate commitments ahead of the UN Climate Change Conference. Countries will hold climate negotiations during the conference.
