Indian multinational conglomerate Larsen and Toubro (L&T) on Friday reported a revenue of ₹23,393 crore for the quarter that ended September, a 10.6% rise over ₹21,159 crore in the same period last year. As per a report by European Commission's Joint Research Centre, global temperature will rise by 3° Celsius by 2030 despite efforts to limit temperature change to below 2° Celsius. This is in accordance with submissions made by 155 countries of their intended climate commitments ahead of the UN Climate Change Conference. Countries will hold climate negotiations during the conference.
